Want to know where your order is? Here's how to follow it from our warehouse to your door.

How to track your order

Check your email. Once your order has been shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Use the tracking link. Click the tracking link in that email to see the latest delivery status with the carrier.
View your order online. You can also log in to your account to see the status of your order.

When will my order arrive?

Processing: typically 1–3 working days after you place your order.
Delivery: generally 6–10 working days after your order has been processed.

Haven't received tracking information yet?

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order has shipped, so they may not be available during the processing period. If it has been longer than expected, email us at info@ellisonmarlow.com with your order number and we will gladly look into it for you.
